We work with Salud Family Health Centers, a community health center serving the most marginalized among us. Salud patients are treated by integrated teams that include medical, behavioral health and dental providers, pharmacists and care managers.  In 2015 Salud added our legal team to provide free legal representation to patients with unmet legal needs that adversely affect their health.  These attorneys work directly with patients and their care teams on issues of housing, education, immigration, income supports and domestic violence.
